TopNotchMe.com is a service offered by HireVive. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the services provided by HireVive (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

Service Agreement
Upon engaging with HireVive, clients agree to collaborate with us in good faith to achieve the recruitment objectives. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about job vacancies, company culture, and specific requirements.

Fees and Payment
Our fees and payment terms will be specified in a separate agreement between HireVive and the client. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which shall be paid by the client in addition to the fees. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms.

Candidate Information
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the candidate information provided to our clients. However, HireVive cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of this information, as it is primarily based on data provided by candidates themselves. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including verifying references and qualifications, before making any employment offers.

Confidentiality
All information shared between HireVive and clients, including candidate details and company information, is considered confidential. Neither party shall disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party, unless required by law.

Liability
HireVive is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by clients or candidates as a result of using our services, except where such loss or damage arises from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Clients and candidates acknowledge that hiring decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the client, and HireVive assumes no liability for the outcome of any employment relationships formed as a result of our services.
